What types of seafood do you offer?

We offer a variety of seafood species from different coasts and docks from around
the U.S. . We offer both wild caught and farm raised products and identify them
as such.

Where does your seafood come from?

We purchase seafood from many different locations, but from folks we have
worked with and trusted for years. We offer seafood from Alaska, Washington,
Oregon, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware,
New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, as well as Iceland, Canada, Mexico, and more.
We have been working with fisherman, dock owners and brokers for many years
to bring in quality consistently.

Is your seafood wild-caught or farm-raised?

We offer both options. Options like catfish, trout, Atlantic salmon are some
examples of seafood we source farm raised. We purchase organic farmed seafood
that does not contain gmos or antibiotics. Farm raised seafood can cost a higher
price, but its worth it for the care and control these companies take in every aspect
of there operations. We focus mainly on our wild seafood offerings. Purchasing
from US fisherman day boats and bringing in seafood in season and in peak
sustainability.

How fresh is the seafood you sell?

In our walk in store we offer amazingly fresh seafood to purchase. So far in
shipping however we are freezing the portions for you for travel as well as
storage. We purchase direct seafood from the docks. Many times our orders are
in based on what the boat has communicated it plans on targeting as it leaves. We
are on standby throughout the day to know what boats have come in, what they
are returning with and at what quality. They will unload those boats and get them
to cargo and they fly directly to us here to process under our own terms. We
process your seafood from the whole product allowing us to control the quality
throughout the entire process.

Do you offer sustainably sourced seafood?

We only offer sustainable sourced seafood. Our offerings are the 5% of seafood
available in the US. As 95% of our seafood is shipped over seas and we import
the same 95% of seafood back into the country for consumption, we are focused
on purchasing seafood from our own commercial fisherman, purchasing seafood
caught under us controls and keeping that seafood here for you. We do have a
few exceptions of species not available from our waters that we purchase from brokers that have brought them in.

How do you ensure the quality of your seafood?

We ensure our quality by purchasing our products whole and from the source.
This allows us to have our hands and eyes on the product from the very first cut to
final packing and shipment, and everything in between. Including the handling
and storage.

Do you offer organic or non-GMO options?

We only offer organic or non GMO options. Wether this is due to the product
being a wild caught species or due to the high standards of the facility that farms
any of our farm raised options.

Can I request a specific cut or preparation for my seafood?

Please send us your request and let us consider if we are able to accommodate
your needs. As this is a standard procedure for our brick and mortar store. We
may need a larger order to make special preparations for shipping. But we want
to do everything for you that we can.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed online via our waterfront seafood direct website. Choose your seafood or merchandise options and add them to your cart until you're ready to purchase. To purchase fill out the required fields including payment and shipping information. You’ll have seafood to your doorstep in no time.

Can I order over the phone or just online?

At this time we are not currently taking phone orders for seafood. For special
requests please send us an email for consideration, questions or quote. As for
now using the website allows us to compile everyone’s information in a standard
form to ensure that orders are filled and shipped promptly and correct.

Is there a minimum order amount?

A minimum order amount is only required for free shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship Domestic to the Lower 48.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are dependent on your location or zone. However orders over a
certain amount are offered free two day ground.

How is the seafood packaged for shipping?

As your order comes in we hand cut your order and have them blast Frozen as
portions and then vacuum sealed and labeled. We package your seafood in an
insulated container and include your order as well as some added information on
the seafood in your package. We package our seafood with dry ice to ensure your
product arrives at a safe temperature.

How long does it take to receive my order?

What shipping methods do you offer?

Under our free shipping for a certain quantity we offer UPS two day ground.
However you are available to choose a shorter shipping method within UPS if you
wish to pay for your shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order has been placed you will receive an email containing a
tracking number for your package.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

At this time we do not offer same day delivery. We may be able to offer next day
delivery for local shipments. Please contact us for more information.
