At Waterfront Seafood Direct, we take great care to ensure that your seafood arrives fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for important details regarding how we handle and ship your orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed by 6pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We ship our seafood products via FedEx to ensure fast, safe, and temperature-controlled delivery.
- Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
- We currently offer shipping to U.S. locations only.
Perishable Items and Packaging
Our seafood is shipped using insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain freshness during transit. We take extra precautions to ensure that your order remains at a safe temperature throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping rates apply based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping is available for orders over $150.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package and refrigerate it shortly upon arrival. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed receipt or improper handling once delivered.
- We recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it, especially in warm weather or if the package will be left outdoors.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with the delivery (e.g., delays, missing packages, or damaged products), please contact us immediately at Access@waterfrontseafooddirect.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address information or no one being available to receive it, we cannot be responsible for perishable items that spoil due to these circumstances. Please double-check all shipping information before completing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
- Shipping is currently limited to U.S. locations only.
