Scallops Deburgo Blake
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp brandy
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- ½ tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 14 oz scallops
- Honey
Directions
- Melt the butter and oil together in a skillet.
- Add the garlic, onion and rosemary and sauté for a couple minutes until soft.
- Add the brandy.
- Add the scallops in one layer and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes and flip.
- Cook for 1 more minute and then brush the tops of the scallops with honey.
- After another minute turn in the sauce.
